Blackcurrant puree is delicious and versatile and is widely used in toppings, yogurts and bakery products such as fruit pie fillings. Puree is manufactured from ripe, graded blackcurrants either fresh or frozen. Blackcurrant puree is smooth in texture, with wonderful colour and intense berry flavour. Our blackcurrant seedless puree gives life to any product.
The blackcurrants are milled, heated, refined, pasteurised and packed through an aseptic filling head.
